Q: How does it differ from individual lithium-ion cells?
A: A lithium-ion battery pack combines multiple cells to offer higher voltage and capacity than individual cells, suitable for high-power applications such as electric vehicles and military batteries.
Q: What certifications should lithium batteries have?
A: Lithium batteries should have relevant certifications to ensure their safety and compliance with industry standards. Common certifications for lithium batteries include UN38.3/ MSDS for transportation, IEC 62133 for safety, and RoHS for environmental compliance.

Q: Is TEFOO a manufacturer or trader?
A: We are a one-stop shop for custom/standard battery pack manufacturing with more than 12 years of experience. We specialize in designing and producing custom/standard battery pack solutions for a range of industrial/medical applications.
Q: How long does it take to make a sample of a custom battery?
A: For a standard custom battery pack, you can expect the development, production, and delivery process to take 25-30 business days from beginning to end. If you have more complex technological requirements for your battery pack, that timeline may be extended.
Q: What information do I need to provide?
A: You can provide the required battery capacity, size, voltage, continuous discharge current, peak discharge current, estimate annual volume, processing method, and application, you can also provide contact information, delivery address, and the Certification requirements batteries.
Q: What brand of cells does TEFOO use in its battery packs?
A: In our Standard products, we use cells from Panasonic, In custom battery pack, we use Panasonic, Samsung, LG, and other well-known Chinese brands. The most important process is determining the right cells for each customer’s unique battery pack needs, and our research and development team is well-equipped to make those determinations.
Q: What is the TEFOO customization process like?
A: Our process begins when a customer submits their initial request to TEFOO. From that request, the TEFOO R&D team will determine the best battery pack option(s) for the customer’s needs. Next, we provide an invoice detailing the pricing, the client makes an initial payment, and we produce and deliver a sample to the client to be tested. The client provides feedback on the sample, we make any necessary modifications to the product based on that feedback, and the client then places their bulk order. We get to work producing and delivering the client’s full order, and once all is said and done, we ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their TEFOO products.
Q: Do TEFOO batteries have UN38.3 certification?
A: To obtain UN38.8 certification, lithium batteries must undergo a rigorous series of tests performed by an approved independent testing laboratory. Because all of our batteries are custom-made for each order, our products do not have current UN38.3 certification. That being said, we can help you through the process of getting your custom batteries certified.

Q: Can your lithium batteries meet specific country or region certification requirements?
A: Yes. We have KC (Korea), PSE (Japan), BIS (India), CB (Global), CE, RoHS (EU), 3C (China) FCC,UL(USA), UKCA(UK), CQC certificates for countries and regions.
Q: What quality system do you have?
A: We have obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, ISO45001 quality management certification to ensure quality control and production standards for our products.
Q: How many independent patent certificates do you have?
A: We have more than 46 independent patent certificates, such as baking patents, liquid injection patents, vacuum pumping patents, coating patents and so on.
Q: What certificates do you have for your lithium batteries?
A: Our products have passed CQC, KC, UL, CB, UN38.3, CE, CCC, PSE, UKCA,BIS, UL2054, and other certifications.

Q: Can I get samples of lithium batteries before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes, many suppliers offer samples of lithium batteries for testing and evaluation purposes. However, there are costs associated with obtaining samples, including sample fees and freight charges.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for lithium batteries?
A: There is no MOQ requirement

Q: What's the manufacturing lead time at TEFOOBattery?
A: Mass production lead times are typically 15 to 30 days, and lead times for in-stock models can be as fast as 2-7 days. 20 to 30 days for custom batteries.
Q: What is the delivery time after placing an order with TEFOO Battery?
A: Normally, it takes 10 to 12 days for air transportation, and more than 45 days for sea transportation.
